1. Are you a trading company or factory?

We're ISO manufacturer with 12000m² workshop and monthly capacity of 3.5 million lithium battery cells.

2. Do you have any certifications?

Yes. We have certifications like CE, UL, KC, CB, IEC, UN38.3, MSDS etc. Available for export.

3. Do you provide OEM and ODM services?

Yes OEM and ODM are both available.

4. How can I get a sample?

You can place a sample order so that we can proceed it until you get it.

5. What is the lead time?

With item in stock, we can arrange delivery right away. If we don't have stock, we will estimate the lead time according to your specs, quantity and other requirements. In a word, we will do our best to ensure delivery in time for you.

6. What is your payment term?

30% deposit in advance, and balance paid before delivery arranged.

7. What is your warranty terms?

Two years' warranty. 

8. How do you control the quality?

We have established a comprehensive quality control system (including IQC, IPQC, and OQC) that spans incoming materials, manufacturing processes, and finished products.
